Absolutely. All personal employee health data is completely confidential and is never shared with the employer. We are fully compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) to ensure the highest level of privacy and security.

Unfortunately, for now you do. We are currently not onboarding individual employees unless they are part of the employers that have already been onbaorded on our platform.
